TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Thank you for choosing Keys2Vacations, LLC as your travel agency. By hiring Keys2Vacations, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 1. Travel Management: Keys2Vacations, LLC will manage your travel needs from the moment we meet until your travel concludes. Our services include conducting research, providing travel quotes (up to three per reservation), booking vacation packages, hotels, airlines, cruises, tours, shuttles, and rental cars, collecting and processing deposits and payments, contacting suppliers to book and confirm reservations 48 hours prior to departure, reviewing and providing copies of booked and paid confirmations, and managing and resolving client queries and complaints related to travel.

 2. Service Fee: We charge an initial NON-REFUNDABLE service fee of $50 per reservation. This fee covers the cost of research and providing three quotes. The service fee is due with the signed client agreement after the initial consultation. 

 3. Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of every passenger to ensure they have the necessary travel documents, including passports, birth certificates, permission letters from co-parents, visas, or vaccination certificates. Improper documentation can result in denied boarding and cancellation of reservations. Passengers must reconfirm directly with scheduled airlines 72 hours prior to departure and check in at the airport counter at least 2 hours prior for domestic and 3 hours for international departure.

 4. Factors Beyond Our Control: Keys2Vacations, LLC is not responsible for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, delays, cancellations, government actions, Acts of God, Acts of terrorists, medical or physical disabilities, health emergencies, or family situations. We are not responsible for airline policies, and passengers must adhere to these policies, including COVID vaccinations and proof of required documents.

 5. Travel Insurance: Keys2Vacations, LLC is not responsible for any issues that result from a passenger who does not purchase travel insurance. We recommend travel insurance to provide coverage for trip cancellation, emergency medical situations, and lost or stolen luggage.

 6. Limitation of Liability: Keys2Vacations, LLC carries no responsibility for problems that are beyond our control, failure to obtain proper documentation, or your failure to follow travel instructions or advisories. The passenger assumes full responsibility for their travel decisions and actions.
