Business Name: Keys2Vacations, LLC

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between you (“Client,” “you,” or “traveler”) and Keys2Vacations, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) when you book an individual or group travel experience with us. By submitting payment or confirming participation in an individual or group trip, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Keys2Vacations, LLC specializes in organizing curated individual and group travel experiences, including but not limited to transportation, lodging, guided tours, excursions, and events. We coordinate logistics with third-party vendors and suppliers.

2. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per person is required to secure your place in the group.
• Final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure unless otherwise noted.
• Late payments may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
• Group pricing is based on a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, pricing may be adjusted or the trip canceled with full refunds provided.

3. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations:

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to keys2vacations@gmail.com.

Cancellations will incur the following fees:

• 61+ days prior to departure: Loss of non-refundable deposit only
• 31–60 days prior to departure: 50% of total trip cost forfeited
• 30 days or fewer prior to departure: 100% of total trip cost forfeited

Company Cancellations:

• If we cancel a group trip due to low enrollment, force majeure, or vendor issues, you will receive a full refund.
• We are not responsible for expenses incurred outside of trip payments (e.g., airfare, insurance).

Force Majeure:

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, acts of war, pandemics, civil unrest, or supplier insolvency.

4. Group Participation Requirements

• Participants must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a responsible adult.
• You are responsible for maintaining respectful behavior and following the group itinerary.
• We reserve the right to remove any participant for behavior deemed disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

5. Travel Documents

You are solely responsible for ensuring your passport, visas, vaccinations, and travel documents are valid and up to date. We do not assume responsibility for denied boarding or entry due to documentation issues.

6. Travel Proposals and Group Itinerary

• All group travel proposals and pricing are valid for 3 days unless otherwise noted.
• Itinerary modifications due to weather, safety, or supplier availability may occur. Every effort will be made to provide equivalent experiences.

7. Limitation of Liability

By booking with Keys2Vacations, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following limitations:

• We act solely as an agent for independent travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and tour operators.
• We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party suppliers.
• We assume no liability for personal injury, illness, death, property damage, financial loss, delays, inconvenience, or other damages due to any cause, including but not limited to:
  • Changes or cancellations in travel due to force majeure or supplier actions
  • Delays in transportation or missed connections
  • Illness, injury, or accidents occurring during the trip
  • Theft or loss of personal items
  • Traveler negligence or failure to follow local laws and regulations

Assumption of Risk:

Individual and Group travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, transportation accidents, exposure to unfamiliar environments, and potential medical emergencies. You participate voluntarily and assume all risks involved.

Insurance:

We strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, medical, and evacuation coverage. It is your responsibility to verify insurance coverage and file claims directly with the provider.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
• Good Faith Negotiation: If a dispute arises, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation.
• Mediation and Arbitration: If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation in Maryland. If mediation fails, binding arbitration shall follow under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• Venue: Any legal proceedings shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

9. Changes to Terms

Keys2Vacations, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted to our website and will apply to all bookings thereafter.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a individual and/or group trip and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
